Weekend Rewind

WOW!  How many of you were in the midst of the heat wave this weekend?   Here, in the North Georgia Mountains we reached 105 degrees.  The only thing to do was....yep, stay in and BLOG HOP!!!!  Did the rest of you get in on the Blop Hop and Swap on Saturday?  It was awesome.  There were some wonderful posts by some of my blogging buddies, and I found several new blogs as well.  I got some great ideas along with some fabulous freebies.
If you missed it go here:

Scroll down until you get to all the linkys and go read.  I must warn you...they were such great posts that I read each and everyone of them which took me TWO days.  BUT, it is well worth it!
I also got on facebook and networked with my page on there.  I am trying to get MUCH better with it.  I actually just forget about it sometimes.  lol  Click on the pix below to go become a fan of my facebook page.  I sure would appreciate it!!!

The AWESOME Hope King over at

hopped over and did a guest blog leaving all of you with TWO wonderful freebies and some great ideas for "Working Smarter, Not Harder!"  If you missed it, just scroll down to the next post.

Last, but certainly not least in this weekend rewind, I am involved in a HUGE Giveaway!!!
Donna over at Peace, Love and Learning is celebrating her Blogiversary and 1,000 followers by giving away one of the largest prize packages I've seen.  Hop on over (just click on pix above) and enter.  Hopefully, YOU will be the winner!

Now it's time for....

This week's special is ALL of my Daily Math Spirals.  For the next week you can purchase each month for only $1.  (February is a freebie...be sure to download!)

I created this a couple of years ago for my team to use as we were required to do a daily spiral review with our students.  I use these instead of math journals.  By laminating and using the boards all year, it saved TONS of paper and copies.   Just another one of my ways to make my work SMARTER and not Harder.  Once you have the students mats made, you simply put on the projector, overhead, etc daily for the students to complete.  Then we go over and discuss HOW to solve.  My students have done SO MUCH BETTER on standardized testing the past couple of years by doing this.

Click here to purchase from my TPT Store (link takes you to August, just scroll down and click on the other months to find them) and here for myTeacher's Notebook Store.

If you bought these at regular price it would cost $21.50.  You can get them all week until next week's special is revealed for $9.00.  That's 240 pages.  WOW!!!  Grab now.  These will never be this cheap again!

Don't forget.  I am working on a blog post featuring Focus Walls.  I will also be included a freebie and posting as soon as I hit 300 followers.  If you have a picture of a focus wall, send me the link.  I would love to include yours!

I hope you have a MARVELOUS Monday!
