Product Swap S'More

I swapped products with some bloggy friends to use in my classroom.  I have a great product to share with you from Ms. Fultz' Corner.

This idea was loads of fun for Easter, but let’s be real.  Kids enjoy all holidays whether it’s the actual holiday or not.  They would enjoy looking for eggs in the middle of July!

I had the kiddos help me out by coloring each egg 2 different colors.  Then I had a parent volunteer cut them apart.

I gave the students the half of the egg with the problem.  I then taped the answers all over the room. After the students completed the problems, they got to “hunt” for the other part of the egg.  This was a quick assessment for me to see which students were still having trouble with regrouping.  If they couldn’t find the answer, my response to them was, “Maybe you need to check your work again.

The students had a BALL doing this activity.

You can find it in her store here.

Christi has graciously agreed to give away her activity to one lucky winner.  Just enter by using the rafflecopter.  You need to like my TPT store as well as Christi’s store to enter.  If you are already a follower of both stores, you are still eligible to enter!
The winner will be announced next Sunday.

  2. I LOVE that you had the students color the eggs. Not only did you save yourself work, but gave them ownership of the activity!
    Thanks for the sneak peek!
